A multi-doctor practice's twelve services, each finally searchable on its own.
Ray Dental Group brings together a full team of doctors offering everything from routine cleanings to sleep apnea treatment, TMJ care, and orthodontics — twelve services in all. The site needed to give each of those services room to rank on its own, and make booking and paying as easy as everything else the practice already does well.

The challenge
Ray Dental Group isn't a single-doctor practice with one or two specialties — it's a full team offering twelve distinct services, from routine crowns and dentures to sleep apnea treatment, TMJ care, and orthodontics. All twelve lived as icons in one homepage grid, which meant a patient searching for something specific — sleep apnea treatment, say, or a root canal — had no dedicated page to land on, and no reason to rank for it.
The approach
We gave each service the dedicated page it needed to actually rank, connected scheduling and payments so booking and paying happen on the site instead of over the phone, and structured search around what a patient with a specific need is actually looking for.
- Individual pages for each of the twelve services — from routine care to specialty treatment like sleep apnea and TMJ — instead of one shared icon grid
- Online scheduling integrated directly into the site, replacing "call to book" as the default path
- Existing online payment system integrated cleanly into the new site instead of bolted on
- Multi-doctor team structure carried through to search — each doctor findable, not just the practice as a whole
- Local SEO built around each specialty a patient actually searches for, not just "dentist Rapid City"
Twelve services living on one page nobody searches for by name?
If your specialties are buried in an icon grid instead of their own pages, that's a Discoverability problem — and an easy one to fix.
